Refund Policy

  1. Masterclass: before the class starts

    You can request a full refund any time before the first live session begins on Thursday 26 November 2026. Email vincent@nexaerolabs.com with your name and Paystack payment reference. We process refunds within 7 working days, back to your original payment method. Paystack and your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.

  2. Masterclass: once the class starts

    Once the first live session begins, payments are non-refundable. This includes if you miss sessions, don’t finish your app, or change your mind.

  3. The prep workshop

    You can request a full refund any time before the workshop you booked starts. Email vincent@nexaerolabs.com with your name and Paystack payment reference, and we refund it the same way as the masterclass. Once the workshop starts, it is non-refundable. A refunded workshop payment can’t be used for the ₦5,000 masterclass credit.

  4. The ₦1,000,000 Build Challenge

    Your payment is for the live masterclass, the written materials, the community and support until your app is live. The Build Challenge is a separate, optional competition. Not winning, not being shortlisted, or not entering is not a reason for a refund.

  5. If we reschedule

    If we move the class dates, you can choose to join on the new dates or get a full refund.

  6. Removal from the class

    If a student is removed for abusive behaviour, sharing paid materials, or breaking the community rules, no refund is given.

  7. Questions

    Email vincent@nexaerolabs.com before you pay if anything about this policy is unclear.
